Here you will find all important information about orders, shipping, payments and returns.

You will be automatically guided through the ordering process step by step. Your path to checkout will look like this:

This is our shopping cart. All the items you select during your shopping are there, ready for you to order.

Your information

You can shop at LEPETAN as a guest. In this case, your data will only be stored once for processing your order. Simply fill out the provided form, and you will be automatically redirected to the next step in the ordering process.

You can also easily create a customer account with LEPETAN using your email address and password. If you can't remember your password, please select "Forgot your password?". Enter the email address registered with us, and we will send you an automatically generated password to that address. You can then change this password under "My Account".

To checkout

In the following steps of the ordering process, you will be asked to enter your billing, shipping, and payment information. Please ensure that all required fields are completed. Then, simply click "Complete Order" to submit your order. If you wish to change your information, you can do so by clicking "Edit." You can then modify the individual steps and your entries.

Delivery date:

By clicking the "Place order now" button, you complete your purchase with us. Afterwards, you have the option to print your order confirmation, which you will automatically receive from us via email.

Coupons and discounts

Have you received a gift voucher and would like to redeem it? For online orders, please select "Redeem voucher/discount" and enter the voucher code in the field that opens. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from your invoice total. Cash payment is unfortunately not possible. If you have lost your voucher, there is unfortunately no entitlement to a replacement. In this case, please contact us so that we can block the voucher to protect it from unauthorized use, either via service@Lepetan.de or by phone at +49 40 537 996 200*. The voucher is valid for 3 years.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany costs €5.95.

All returns within Germany are free of charge.

Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany.

My account

Your personal "My Account" area offers you all services and information related to your personal data, settings, and orders with LEPETAN. Simply log in to "My Account" with your email address and password. This will give you access to your customer account, shipment tracking (coming soon), address book, wish list, personal data, and newsletter settings.

Returns

Do you wish to return items from your order?
Please go to https://retoure.Lepetan.de/

Here's how it works:
  • Enter the order number and the postal code of the delivery address.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the quantity and reason for return.
  • Select DHL and then print the DHL return label.
  • Now place the item(s) in question into the packaging. You can use the original packaging for this, for example.
  • Now affix the DHL return label to the shipping package. If you are using the original packaging, please ensure that the label we used to send your order is no longer visible. Either remove it completely before shipping or cover it with the return label.

✓ You do not need to pay postage when sending the shipment – ​​we have already taken care of that for you.
