Redeem vouchers and discounts

Have you received a gift voucher and would like to redeem it? For online orders, please select "Redeem voucher/discount" and enter the voucher code in the field that opens. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from your invoice total.

A cash refund is unfortunately not possible. If you have lost your voucher, there is unfortunately no entitlement to a replacement. In this case, please contact us at service@lepetan.de so that we can block the voucher to protect it from unauthorized use.

The voucher is valid for 3 years.
